Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data the Corelle microsite (the “site”) collects when you sign in and join a campaign, why, and what choices you have. The site is run by Corelle Brands for its country campaigns.
What we collect
- Sign-in details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or Facebook. We never see your Google or Facebook password.
- Campaign activity: the country you join, your display name, the missions you complete, and photos you upload (such as receipts or selfies) with the details staff enter when reviewing them (receipt number, amount, store).
- Usage counts: a random anonymous visitor ID stored in a cookie and the QR codes you scan, used to count visits and sign-ups. It contains no device or IP data.
- Error reports: technical details when something breaks, with emails and sign-in tokens removed.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To run the campaign: award points and lucky draw entries, review submissions, and contact winners.
- To verify that entries are genuine and that prize winners are residents of the campaign country.
- To measure how the campaign performs, in counts rather than per person.
Who handles it
We use trusted service providers to run the site: Supabase (sign-in), DigitalOcean (hosting, database and photo storage), Resend (sign-in emails) and Sentry (error reports). Google and Facebook only receive data when you choose to sign in with them. We do not sell your personal data. Staff see only the campaign country they are assigned to, and their access to customer data is logged.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your country and your consent choices, and hold the anonymous visitor ID above. It does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for the length of the campaign and the period needed to run the lucky draw and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Uploaded photos that are not attached to a submission are removed after 24 hours.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting Corelle through the contact details on corelleasia.com. Deleting your data may mean you can no longer take part in the campaign or the draw.
